When creating a new password you MUST: - Make 12 or more characters - Include both upper and lower case letters (at least one of each). - Include at least one number. - Include at least one special character (!?£$%&*# etc). - Not include part of your name. The recommended format is two or three words you would remember and include a number and symbol between each word, or replacing certain letters with symbols or numbers. e.g. B£stR0ckB4nd or Hand.0Craft!4
